I have used Kamco for alot of years and they do a wonfderful job.

Kamco solved a problem that no one else seemed to be able to fix. They identified how and why water was leaking into our home and then followed through on getting the job done. The whole team was very nice and super professional. They cleaned up well and were done in one day as estimated.

We had a problem with a mushroom vent on the roof leaking water into the house after heavy snow and sleet. KAMCO built our roof and stood by their work. Despite the snow and ice, Darius climbed up to the roof and fixed the problem. Really great guy, really good company.

KAMCO was terrific. They identified and fixed problems with my roof, showing me pictures to back everything up. They did a great job, came on time and were very courteous.It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them.

Kamko was recommended by a friend who’s a building inspector. My impression is that they’re far more professional and businesslike than others roofers I’ve used in the past. They performed maintenance work on my flst roof in accordance with the specifications supplied by my inspector friend. IMO it was very well done.

Kamco has done a few jobs for my three family co-op. Their work is very good and if there are any problems they come back and resolve them quickly. I would strongly recommend them!!

Darius was thorough and took time to go over what was suggested to do to fix the leak providing some alternatives for fixing and different price points, and provided a fair estimate with detail information on the repair…

The crew was on time did a great job of sealing a third floor deck and outside door & slider.. took 5+ hours to complete the work and they cleaned up afterwards. Everything looked great when they were done - thanks guys. Will use them again as needed..

I've had 3 other roofing companies come out before Darius came and saw our home roof. I already had an idea what my problem was, so while the other roofing companies came out and gave me their assessment and over-estimated proposals, Darius was right on point, gave us choices to accommodate our finances. He was professional, honest and courteous. The team that came out worked hard and fast and we haven't seen a leak since. They have completed 2 projects on 2 separate buildings in the past year and is scheduled to work on another project. We highly recommend Kamco.

Kamco was the most thougtful and reasonably priced roofer I consulted for roof repairs and replacement in my Brooklyn brownstone. Darius and team have a clear attention to detail and craft that showed up from beginning to end — they noticed issues during the scoping visit that no other roofers did, and they took the time and care needed to do the job right in as efficient a time frame as possible. I couldn't recommend their team enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Kamco. Darius came and did a detailed inspection and offered us several options for resealing our roof, installing a new skylight, a new roof hatch, new gooseneck vent for our dryer and replaced our old gutter. We had a fantastic experience with Kamco! They did a beautiful job installing a new roof layer, a gorgeous skylight, and a sturdy new steel hatch — all with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Great experience with Kamco. We had water leaking in through the back wall of our house with no apparent cause. Darius was very helpful in finding the simplest solution to the problem. Problem solved. Would definitely use them again should the need arise. Highly recommend!

We needed Kamco's help to waterproof all balconies and terrace in our apartment. It was an urgent request as we were in the middle of a renovation when we found issues. Kamco was very accommodating and when they came on-site to observe and then provide their quote, they made sure to explain what needed to be done. Both the office and roof crew were professional and communicated their plan very well. They did an excellent job. They are genuine, easy to work with and responsive.

This is the first time I hired Kamco but I’ll definitely recommend Kamco to my friends and relatives. Darius really knows his trade. Ralph and his skilled crews are prompt, courteous and neat. They did a really nice job to replace my roof. They even went extra yard to remove some unforeseen problems of my poorly maintained roof. Than you Kamco!!!

Not generally a review guy, but for Darius and his team I break my silence. These guys are tops. Roof tear off and rebuild, sky lights, touch ups, gutters, you name it. Professional, efficient and thorough.

I normally do not leave reviews but given just how honest and professional they were, it deserves recognition. Their team came on time as scheduled, were very detailed about what needed to be done and provided me with a fair quote. I felt at ease going with them and they came thru with flying colors addressing all of the problems that were noted. Their repair work was top notch and their team was very respectful with my property. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

The Kano crew that came to my house were extremely professional. Immediately went right to work upon arriving, They were extremely neat, everything was cleaned up before leaving the job was completed as promised. Kamco has done 6 or 7 repair projects on our home over the past decade. Every job was done carefully and professionally, and the quality of the work was first-rate. Our home is 120 years old, which inevitably means there will be more jobs ahead. When that happens, we'll be calling Kamco.

I truly can't say enough good things to say about Kamco. After painting my daughter's room, I noticed a water line on the ceiling and had contacted the roofer my mother had previously used. He stated he never worked on the roof, only on the chimney. He gave me two options to fix the issue but his price was astronomical with no guarantee. My next call was to Kamco, as they were my neighbors at the time. Darius came to my hosue that day and thoroughly explained the options and how to fix the issue. He said they were going to put rubber down to basically make the water go a different way, to see if that would help, which was literally done the very next day. The next time it rained, the line in my daughter's room had come back. Darius and Nikki explained each option on the propsal, so I could actually understand what was going on and doing the new roof was the best option, with a 15or 20 year warranty, can't remember at the moment, but tthe pricing was EXTREMELY FAIR AND REASONABLE. They put the new roof down and everything was great until this past Tuesday. I had come home from the weekend and there were water bubbles in my bedroom. I immediately I sent pictures and an email to Kamco and, again Darius explained how or why this could be happening and did any and all repair work Wednesday, so this hopefully wouldn't happen again. He did tell me that some of the leak could be coming from the actual window itself, in my room, and told me to let him know should anything else come up. They're great, reliable and make you feel like you're their top priority. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

I’ve owned my home for 27 years and finally found someone trust worthy. How crazy that it’s so hard to find someone that gives you quality work at a fair price. And not just quality but above and beyond service.

I’ve had leaking in my house for years and no one could figure out where or from. Finally got an assessment and turns out it was coming straight in from the brick. They recommended a type of sealant that no one worked with. Well Kamco came in, did the research. Were impressed with the product. Met with the US distributors of the product and became certified for it. Crazy all the work they did and it finally fixed the issue with my home. Will forever be grateful.

Kamco did a fantastic job yesterday by flashing and applying aluminum paint to my roof as well as spot repairs on the house. We are the top floor unit of a 3 unit, newly renovated, townhouse. The sponsor that renovated and sold our building had done some extremely poor work on the roof when turning it into a roof deck​ and even lied about the roof being new. This caused about a dozen leaks throughout our home, causing us much stress and anxiety. We had 5 different roofing companies come and take a look and give estimates. Before we even got the estimate from Kamco, I was already preferring them to the others. No other company was as thorough and spent as much time looking through our roof and bulkhead to understand the extent of the issue we were facing. The recommendation was that the entire roof needed to be torn off and redone, down to the wooden planks. A recommendation consistent with most of the other roofing companies that came. Kamco's ​proposal was not only the lowest​, but it included more work than what any of the other roofers were including (new drain, new gutters, new vents, etc). Choosing Kamco was a no brainer. When the work started, everyone was super professional. Ralph was our main contact on the project and he was great, always kept us updated, provided pictures, and addressed our needs. We did have a little miscommunication related to the HVAC units that caused a delay. The project was originally estimated to take 2 weeks and it took a bit longer because we were not aware the HVAC units had to be relocated, which is not a job Kamco (or any roofer) can do- so work had to be paused while we got a HVAC guy to come and move the HVACS. While I do wish this was communicated better to us, I can't put all the blame on Kamco. Darius did mention in his original inspection that maybe (not definitely) the HVACS would need to be moved. It just never came up again. I accept blame as well for never confirming that. I only mention it here so that others can avoid the same confusion. Also to mention how Kamco turned this unfortunate setback into a positive by going above and beyond in helping us find a HVAC guy last minute who was reasonably priced and did a great job. Overall Kamco was great throughout the entire project. And most importantly of all, they did GREAT work on the roof. Everything looks fantastic and we have had no leaks or issues. I am very happy we went with Kamco and I would 100% recommend them to anyone, the entire team is great. Thanks Kamco!

I have hired Kamco roofing for many years now and they are the best people to work with! I had so many challenges with my roof and they fixed everything and continue yearly maintenance. They are meticulous, professional and are pleasant to work with. If I ever move, I'll be taking them with me!! 😂
